February 15, 1863
It happened! I am finally married. I am now officially Felicity Richards. The wedding was perfect in every way. The day was sunny, if cold. The chapel and the parson were light which suited everyone. Alice and Abigail’s luncheon was simply perfect. There were cheese scones and apple turnovers and dainty sandwiches . Abigail procured some excellent champagne.
Michael and I will head off to the Isle of Wight for a few days at the end of this month. It will be cold, but the two of will enjoy some time alone.
